A Healthy Chocolate Milkshake
Does this really exist? Yep, turns it it does. You can make so many delicious healthy versions of just about anything. This is easy and I love the superfood additions to this smoothie.
2 cups unsweetened almond milk, cashew milk or other nut milk
1/2 cup cashews
1 tablespoon cacao
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (4-5 drops liquid stevia – or honey to taste)
1 teaspoon maca
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup ice
blend and enjoy
This makes a great dessert too.
