I’m so excited because last Friday I signed a lease on a new office space in the Mellwood Arts Center here in Louisville, Kentucky. I get to move in, starting in April. I’m so grateful to have a dedicated space to have classes, meet clients and best of all have some quiet time to get some things done. Working from home has many perks, but it’s challenging too. I will have an open house coming soon.
Also, I’m even MORE excited because starting in April, I will be adding Live Blood Cell Analysis to my offerings. It’s an amazing process where I will be able to take a look at a drop of blood under a high power microscope. The microscope is attached to a video camera and screen so that you get to see your blood under the high power microscope.
Your blood provides an indicator of the overall state of your health.
Traditional lab tests don’t always tell you the whole story. This is a unique process where we take a drop of blood from your fingertip, place it on the microscope slide. It’s magnified over 1500 times and you get to view all this on the screen in front of you. The first time I had this done, I was amazed & disappointed because my blood didn’t look as healthy as I thought. However, it was a huge wake up call that I needed to make some shifts in my diet and how I was taking care of my body.
Each image we look at provides a story of the state of your health.
In the one hour session, we also will take a dry blood sample which can show deeper issues & long term conditions.
Knowledge is powerful.
At the end of the session we will cover the next best steps for you to make improvements in your overall health. As a holistic health coach, I will show you how just one tiny drop of blood can reveal how well you digest and metabolize your food, liver condition, the impact of your stress on your body, if your body is acidic or alkaline and over 50 other aspects of your health.
Talk about an incredible motivator to improve your diet and make positive changes so that you can feel better and look better. The best part is, the changes needed are often simple diet and lifestyle changes required to shift the overall state of your health.
