Every day I begin my day with certain things that make me healthier. One habit I’ve developed is using essential oils every single day as my overall preventative maintenance and general health. Here’s what I do:
I place the following do Terra essential oils on my feet right after I shower each morning.
1. Lavender: it’s calming and helps keep my stress levels in check.
2. Peppermint: it’s energizing and gets me off to a great start for the day.
3. On Guard: it helps keep my immune system strong.
4. Frankincense: is also great for immune system support and overall stress levels.
5. Balance: helps keep me grounded and stress levels in check.
6. I drink 16 ounces of water with 1 drop of lemon essential oil and 1 drop of digest zen.
